  5. I have shopped for the last time at Lowe’s today. I am a customer not an employee! If I have to check myself out because you have no cashiers as an option than I should get my employee discount. I also had a young employee actually say to me .” you dont need my help do you.” Really now that was a helpful experience!!! We usually spend over $400.00 or more at each visit, no more….. There are to many other stores in our area to shop that will actually treat you so much better and i dont have to check myself out.

  9. I couldn’t get the survey to come up, but my experience with the employee in the appliance section at West Burlington, Iowa Lowe’s when I bought my freezer , Emma, and the 2 guys, Greg and Darnell, who delivered it the next day was very satisfactory and helpful.
